Frequently asked questions and solutions
●Outside interference

●The inverter may be disturbed by some strong electromagnetic waves in use, such as nearby motors, power converters, strong magnetic fields, etc.

●The inverter has no reaction

1.The battery and inverter are not connected and reconnected.

2. The pole of the battery is reversed and the fuse is fused. Replace fuse.

●Low output voltage

1.Overload, load current exceeds nominal current, turn off partial load and restart.

2.The input voltage is too low. Ensure that the input voltage is within the nominal voltage range.

●Low Voltage Alarm

1.The battery is dead and needs to be charged.

2.Battery voltage is too low or poor contact, recharge, check battery terminals or clean terminals with dry cloth.

●Inverter without output

1.Battery voltage is too low, recharge or replace battery.

2.The load current is too high, turn off part of the load and restart the inverter.

3.Inverter overtemperature protection. Let the inverter cool down for a while and put it in a ventilated place.

4.The inverter failed to start and restarted.

5.Terminal connection, fuse, replace fuse.

●The inverter does not work

1.Check the power switch, fuse and battery connection or smoke.
